About Us

Humble Bee is a small-batch, handmade skincare brand based in India.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to place an order on this Site, or place an order with the involvement of a parent or guardian.

Products & Pricing

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to change prices, descriptions, or availability of products at any time without prior notice. While we make every effort to display product colours and packaging accurately, slight variations may occur due to your screen settings or the handmade, small-batch nature of our products.

Patch test recommended: as with any new skincare product, we recommend doing a small patch test 24 hours before first full use, and discontinuing use if irritation occurs.

Orders & Payment

Orders are confirmed once payment is successfully received. We currently accept payment via credit/debit card, net banking, UPI, and other methods supported through Razorpay.

We reserve the right to cancel any order — for example, in cases of pricing errors, stock unavailability, or suspected fraud — and will issue a full refund if this happens.

Shipping

We ship across India. You'll receive a tracking link within 24 hours of placing your order. Delivery timelines depend on your location and our courier partners; see our Refund & Return Policy for cancellation terms.

Returns & Refunds

All returns, replacements, and refunds are governed by our Refund & Return Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

Intellectual Property

All content on this Site — including text, images, logos, product photography, and the Humble Bee name and branding — is owned by Humble Bee and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content or branding without our written permission.

User Conduct

You agree not to use the Site for any unlawful purpose, to attempt to disrupt or compromise its security, or to submit false or misleading information when placing an order.

Limitation of Liability

Our products are handmade botanical skincare items intended for external cosmetic use only. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Humble Bee is not liable for any allergic reaction, skin sensitivity, or misuse resulting from failure to patch-test or follow usage instructions. Our total liability for any claim relating to a product or order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify Humble Bee against any claims, losses, or damages arising from your misuse of the Site or violation of these Terms.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from your use of the Site or purchase of our products will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Gurugram, Haryana.
